Success Fee Protocol

Company employs a performance-based compensation model. Fees are contractual obligations triggered by identification of Verified Recovery Potential as cryptographically sealed in the Forensic Artifact.

Forensic Governance

Agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Washington. All disputes arising from findings validation shall be resolved via AAA binding arbitration seated in Washington.
